Business Law and Ethics (3-0) A survey course covering fundamental concepts in business law and litigation, with an emphasis on compliance and risk management as those issues are seen through the lens of various established ethical theories. The course emphasizes analytical writing from raw data and verbal advocacy. Restricted to majors: ACCT, BSAD, and ECON. Prerequisite: Admission to a graduate program in Business.
