Classroom Research Methodology I (3-0) Designed to enable students to conduct research and prepare an original project in the area of science education. The course will introduce the basic principles for techniques of a research problem, analysis assessment, and statistical analysis. It also offers a solid theoretical basis in quantitative and qualitative research methodology. Prerequisite: Department approval.

Classroom Research Methodology II (3-0) This is a continuation of Classroom Research Methodology I. Students are required to conduct a research project, learn to gather data, analyze results, write-up a report and submit it for publication. The series will cover in depth content subject areas taught in middle and high school courses. Prerequisites: SCI 5311 with a grade of "C" or better and department approval.
