Minor in Real Estate
The minor in Real Estate is designed, with substantial input from the real estate industry, to fill a stated need for undergraduate students who have knowledge of the real estate industry and are able to provide real estate specific skills to the industry, upon entering the real estate profession. Therefore, the minor focuses heavily on providing skills that are key to establishing a successful career in real estate.

Minor for Non-Business Majors

The real estate minor consists if six (6) required courses (18 SCH) for non-business majors at other colleges in UTEP.
